Application
Full-time, part-time and contract employees of the Credit Union are eligible for membership on their first day of employment and may qualify to open a savings account, apply for a loan, or sign up for payroll deduction.
Please provide the following along with your membership application:
- Your minimum required deposit for the account(s) you have chosen
- Direct Deposit/Payroll Deduction Form (if applicable)
- Check order form (if applicable)
- Loan application (if applicable)
In conjunction with the USA Patriot Act, please ALSO PROVIDE:
- A copy of a valid driver's license or ID card for all accountholders
