Courtesy Pay
Have you ever had a check returned? It happens to be best of us, but with E1 Financial, you don't have to worry about it.
E1 Financial offers checking account holders a courtesy pay program. Even with Overdraft Protection it helps to have an extra cushion. E1 Financial may authorize payment of a check if there are insufficient funds in your checking account, eliminating the worry and embarrassment of having a check returned to the payee. A fee will be assessed for each check paid against insufficient funds.
To be eligible for our courtesy pay program:
- You must be a member in good standing.
- Your E1 Financial checking account must be open for a minimum of 60 days.
This service is automatically available on all qualified accounts. Negative checking account balances must be brought current within 14 business days. If the account is not brought current within that time, courtesy pay privileges will be revoked and future checks will be returned and appropriate fees assessed. This service is a non–contractual benefit and can be withdrawn or discontinued at any time.
