Financial Service Consultant (FSC)
E1 Financial is seeking part time and full time candidates with superior member service and sales skills. As we are a member focused organization, the FSC serves as an ambassador of the Credit Union and is the primary contact for our members. They must possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as be able to communicate in a professional but personable manner. The successful candidate must be able to multi-task, organize and prioritize work in a timely fashion. The key to this position is the strong desire to assist members in achieving their financial goals by conducting needs analysis and matching appropriate solutions to those needs. Primary duties include opening and closing accounts, processing loan requests, opening and renewing certificate accounts, answering account inquiries, problem resolution of member issues and cross selling products and services. Requirements: High School diploma/GED or equivalent work experience with a minimum of one year experience in a financial institution. Proficiency in MS Office is required. Previous consumer loan processing experience is a plus.
Collections Representative
E1 Financial is seeking an organized self-starter who has the ability to prioritize the multiple duties of the Collections Representative. The Collections Representative must have excellent judgment and communication skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills, tact, and outstanding customer service skills. Primary duties include: developing strong working relationships with members and external contacts, handling various notifications (from members, lien sales, etc.), processing disability claims and written-off loans, completing member transactions, and handling skip tracing. In addition, this position handles the coordination of repossessions, liquidations, and legal actions. Candidate must have minimum 3 years consumer lending collections experience and prior experience in a financial institution. Must be PC literate and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Teller
E1 Financial Credit Union is seeking a "people person" with exceptional customer service skills. The successful candidate will be an energetic, positive, flexible and motivated individual with excellent communication and problem solving skills.
